Saint Andrew Christmas Novena Prayer Beads Bracelet 6mm Czech Fire-Polished Rosebud Violet -3 Sections
6mm Czech Fire-Polished Rosebud Bead Bracelet with Christmas Star Comet Medal.
~ NEW ~ Violet Color for 2024!
After a long wait, because these beads have been discontinued, I worked with the distributor who got the factory in the Czech Republic to create a brand-new batch just for me and you! The color is a touch warmer violet than the original (as seen in the last two images) and is a little more transparent, so more of the violet actually shines through when it catches the light. (Be mindful that computer monitors can vary in color and brightness.)
These unique violet Czech fire-polished rosebud beads are perfect for Advent and are divided into three sections of 5 beads (convenient for those who like to break up the novena prayers said every day, one set for morning, noon, and night). The star is a silver colored, antiqued, nickel free metal alloy and reminds us (as it did the wise men), to be attentive to the signs of the coming of the Savior.
The rosebud is symbolic both for Our Lady of Guadalupe's feast on Dec 12th (for the miraculous roses she gave Juan Diego) and for the beautiful Advent hymn "Lo, How a Rose E’er Blooming".
Bracelet is strung on a stretch chord, (knot is glued and hidden in bail for extra security).
Size is approximately 7" in diameter.
Each bracelet comes sealed in a zip lock bag with an anti-tarnish tab.
Free gift: Beautiful prayer card and violet drawstring pouch for easy storing (and finding) for next year!
Hand strung in USA
The St Andrew Christmas Novena:
Hail and blessed be the hour and moment in which the Son of God was born of the most pure Virgin Mary, at midnight, in Bethlehem, in piercing cold. In that hour, vouchsafe, O my God! to hear my prayer and grant my desires, [here mention your request] through the merits of Our Savior Jesus Christ, and of His Blessed Mother. Amen.
